Solis Hot Sculpt
Our signature heated mat class (35-40degrees)
Using bodyweight and weights, expect a full body burn
NOT suitable for pregnancy

Classical focused non heated mat pilates,
each class delivers a full body workout targeting all muscle groups

Solis Hot Foundation
A heated mat class (35-40degrees)
This class uses bodyweight only to learn the foundations of Pilates and adjust to the heat
