The need to know

Finca Avedin is a stunning private estate set in 15 acres of Andalusian countryside, offering breathtaking mountain views and a solar-heated infinity pool. The spacious rooms, many with private terraces, provide peaceful comfort.
Luxury amenities include an indoor reformer studio, a fully equipped poolside gym, sun deck, and elegant indoor and outdoor garden dining areas — everything you need for a truly restorative retreat experience.
Each day at the retreat is thoughtfully designed with a mix of movement options: including mat Pilates, functional strength workouts, and guided hikes, alongside plenty of time to sunbathe, swim, read, or explore.
You’ll enjoy three nourishing meals daily, prepared fresh by our private chef.
The detailed timetable will be sent to all guests before arrival, but here’s an example of a typical day:
- 6:30 AM — Sunrise Mat Pilates (poolside)
- 8:00 AM — Breakfast
- 10:00 AM — Reformer Pilates (small group, max 3:1 ratio)
- 1:00 PM — Lunch
- Afternoon — Free time with optional activities such as hiking, group cooking lessons, or a full-body lymphatic drainage massage
- 6:00 PM — Dinner
- Sunset — Pilates session to unwind
- Evening — Relax, connect, and unwind
Our private chef is exclusively with us for the week, preparing wholesome, Mediterranean-inspired meals to nourish and refuel you. Expect fresh fish, chicken, vibrant salads, and BBQs, delicious, healthy food made with care.
You’ll enjoy three meals a day, plus fresh detox juices, herbal teas to keep your energy up throughout the retreat.
Choose between a private double room or a twin-sharing option. To make the retreat more accessible, we offer flexible payment plans. Prices start at €1,500, with bookings secured by a €400 deposit
Private transfers are included, with pickup from arrivals and drop-off directly at the villa. Each transfer comes with bottled water for the journey. Transfers are available only for our recommended flight times to ensure a smooth experience.
