    The easiest way is through the Book My Class link on our website or by downloading the Solis Pilates Studio app on the App Store

    Our app makes it easy to manage your schedule, join waitlists, and book your favourite classes in seconds

  • We always recommend beginning with:

    • Reformer Foundation

    • Hot Mat Foundation

    These classes are designed to help you feel confident, supported, and comfortable while learning the fundamentals

  • We welcome you at every stage of your prenatal journey at Solis,

    We use specialised postural wedges to support you comfortably during our Reformer and non-heated mat classes

    We recommend joining:

    • Reformer Foundation

    • Reformer Flow

    • Non heated Mat

    Please note that our Elevate and Hot Mat classes are not suitable during pregnancy

  • We offer 2 hours of free parking directly outside the studio for all customers

  • That’s completely normal, many of our clients feel the same before their first class

    Our studio is designed to feel welcoming, supportive, and unintimidating from the moment you walk through the door. Our instructors will guide you throughout class, offer hands-on support where needed, and help you feel comfortable on the reformer at your own pace
